Your continued engagement with the Platform following such revisions will signify your acceptance of the amended Agreement.

Account Suspension and Termination

EquipoGameres retains the unilateral right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without prior notification if you violate any clause of this Agreement, or if your conduct is deemed detrimental to the Platform or its user community.

Upon such termination, all privileges granted to you under this Agreement shall cease immediately, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform without delay.

Indemnification Obligations

You commit to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EquipoGameres, along with its affiliated entities, directors, employees, and partners, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenditures (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from: (i) your utilization of and access to the Platform; (ii) your infringement of any term, covenant, or representation within this Agreement; (iii) your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property or privacy rights; or (iv) any assertion that your use of the Platform caused harm to a third party.

Governing Legislation and Conflict Resolution

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Europe, without reference to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in the operational territory of EquipoGameres for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

Any dispute, disagreement, or claim originating from or related to this Agreement, including questions concerning its existence, validity, or termination, will first be sought to be resolved amicably between the involved parties. Should an amicable resolution not be achieved, the matter will be submitted for adjudication by a competent court of law.

General Provisions

This Agreement, in conjunction with any policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between you and EquipoGameres concerning your use of the Platform, superseding all prior communications or agreements, whether verbal or written, pertaining to its subject matter.

Should any clause or provision of this Agreement be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision shall be legally binding unless executed in writing and signed by an authorized representative of EquipoGameres.

The headings utilized within this Agreement are purely for organizational convenience and possess no legal or contractual weight.

Concluding Terms

By engaging with the Platform, you affirm that you have thoroughly read, comprehended, and consented to be bound by all stipulations and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. If you find any part of these terms unacceptable, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

This Agreement becomes effective as of 28/09/2025 and governs your use of the Platform from that date forward.
